Nice apartment close to lots of stores, and Tsawwassen ferry terminal, I felt at home. Its location was indeed great, to Tsawassen Mills shopping centre. Very close to Soho, just 15 minutes walk.

Big size apartment for good value. Nice place to stay in Delta, near a ferry port. The room was attractive and I thoroughly enjoyed that it was complete with the largest bathroom ever, curtains missing `` hangers '' and 2 queen beds.

Satisfied with its reasonable price and cosy location. Accommodating staff, and awesome as well. The neighbourhood was lovely😃❤

Convenient location close to ferries, beaches, and stores with great amenities like a big TV and a kitchen. Friendly and helpful property manager who was responsive to our needs.- Despite the small issue with the hot water in the morning, the staff promptly addressed the problem and offered compensation for the inconvenience.

Lack of staff on-site and the confusion with room allocation, leading to some guests not getting the room they booked. Some cleanliness issues, such as dirty sinks and taps in the bathroom and a fridge that was full and unclean.

Had smooth check in, we liked it. A refrigerator, an oven and kitchenware were available for cooking. Helpful staff, gave us good recommendations.

Muchen Villa is conveniently located near an early morning ferry, shopping centers like the mall and Walmart, and Vancouver. The staff is always polite and helpful, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. The rooms are impressively spacious, and the bathrooms are enormous.

The venue has a cosy setting close to the ferries at Tsawwassen. The staff are kind and consistently courteous.

Stayed here for one night and definitely plan to return. It felt just like home - everything was great, we really enjoyed our time. The staff was always polite and friendly 😊.

I had a great stay with a very convenient location near the ferry. The employees were great and kind, which I really liked. The check-in process was smooth and appreciated. The room was attractive and had 2 queen beds. The bathroom was the largest I've ever seen. The setting was peaceful.

The location of Muchen Villa is great as it is close to the ferry, Tswassen Mills mall, and farms. It has a peaceful atmosphere and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are individually designed and include en-suite bathrooms.

The cleanliness of this place was impressive and we loved the sliding door area.

It had all the potential to provide a luxurious experience. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was excellent, being conveniently close to the ferry terminal, which was perfect for catching an early morning ferry.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major disappointment. the common areas and the room itself were not properly cleaned, with dirty counters, grimy fridge doors, and dead flies on the window sills.
